Growing up in the PNW, Nathan loved everything with the outdoors. He grew up in Oregon and graduated from Willamette with a degree in Environmental Science. His attention to the environment led him to the food industry. He realized how important it is to be able to get high quality meat from local farmers. This started his path to a career butcher. He has worked all over the country and spent time in Europe studying. He is proficient in butchery, charcuterie and sausages.
